Tristin Bondeson (they/them) - Officer Since 2025

Tristin has been in the challenge course world since before they could walk. Their parents have worked in all sides of the industry primarily in Southern California and Tristin began to learn and participate in everything from Facilitating, to Training, to Building. In 2023 after moving to Washington post High School they began working as Assistant Manager at Bellevue Adventures and after a year decided to focus on Guiding and Facilitating. Tristin has always been fascinated in how people work and how they navigate the world, and that goes into how much they love the work they do. As a disabled and queer person themself, they are also very passionate about making this beautiful industry more inclusive to people of all identities and abilities. In Tristin's spare time they are usually on outdoor adventures with their partner, listening to music or hyperfocusing on one of the many special interests that float around in their cranium (ask about them... if you dare)

Liz Butler (she/her) - Officer Since 2023

Liz started working at summer camps in 2009. She started in the horse world but over the years developed a love for camp programming and challenge courses! She graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Ecological Biology and loves being outdoors enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Whenever she has free time you can probably find her at the barn riding horses, taking her puppy on adventures, and just trying to #livelaughlove as much as possible!

Taylor Ladd (she/her) - Officer Since 2023

Taylor first attended a NwCCN conference in 2015 after a summer spent running a challenge course program for teens at YMCA Camp Orkila. She has attended every conference since. Taylor grew up in the Seattle area and graduated from Western Washington University where she earned a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. A love for relationship building and the outdoors has influenced much of her life, and she continues to work at YMCA Camp Orkila as a Summer Program Director.

Kelton Fick (he/him) - Officer Since 2024

Kelton has been involved in the outdoor industry for over a decade, starting in youth programming and summer camps before transitioning to managing a commercial zipline park. Now working as a professional inspector and trainer, Kelton serves clients across the United States, helping to create safe and impactful experiences in the challenge course industry. With a degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and an ACCT Level 1 Professional Inspector certification, Kelton is dedicated to fostering growth, safety, and excellence in outdoor adventures. In free time, you can usually find Kelton hiking, cooking, playing board games, or spending time with family. Passionate about giving back to the industry, Kelton enjoys connecting with others who share a love for adventure—especially if it involves a great meal or a game night.
